Philippines Visa Information

In order to gain entrance to the beautiful country of Philippines a special permission is required and every foreign tourist has to collect their Philippine Visa from the country’s Embassy. A Proper legal Visa will ensure a hassle free and memorable travel to this country. Moreover as responsible citizens all the rules should be abided by.
A Philippine Visa is a legal sanction made on a travel document by the consular officer in charge at the Philippine embassy to ensure that all your documents are correct and you may be granted the permission to gain entry into the country after receiving permission from the Immigration Authorities of Philippines at the point of entrance.
However there are some rules and regulations to apply for a temporary visitor’s visa both by the pleasure traveler and the business traveler. Documents required for proof consists of:
Valid Passport for at least 6 months beyond the designated date of stay in the country
Fully Filled up Visa Application forms
Two Passport size photographs
Purpose of Visit- Travel or Business
Return tickets or tickets of the Next Destination
Proof of Paid Visa Fees
It should however be noted that if any minor child is traveling with you then the application must be made by the accompanying adult. The child is also required to appear for an interview before the Consulate to ensure safety measures.
For students, press persons or those visiting Philippines in their own private vehicles need some additional documents as proof
